1. All tractors have to meet NTPA/PPL/Outlaw safety standards and chassis configurations. No component
chassis allowed.

3. Turbocharger Limit: Single turbo with 3-inch diameter intake maximum. Diameter measured at front face of
wheel. Compressor wheel must enter into the compressor housing. Map width enhancement grooves are NOT
allowed at a weight of 8,700 lbs. If you have a turbocharger with a 0.250 MAP groove you will weigh 8,500
lbs., If you utilize a 0.0250 MAP turbocharger and an intercooler you will compete at 8,200 lbs.

a. Any cast or manufactured cylinder head will be accepted. No billet. Cylinder head must retain OEM (Length/
Width/Height) for engine application. Valves must retain OEM angle for engine application. 2 valve per
cylinder maximum. Cylinder head must retain OEM bolt pattern for exhaust manifold and intake bolt pattern
must be used to attach the exhaust manifold and intake. Manifold must bolt 90 degrees to head. No overhead
cams permitted. Bottom of head to top of port: A/C: 2.675 IH: 3.100 JD: 3.250 NH: 3.750

5. Exhaust: A smoke tube is required, indoor only. Exhaust must have an Whatssmokin Promotions approved
turbocharger exhaust wheel deflection device, plus two 1/2 of an inch bolts, grade 8 minimum, positioned in the
exhaust tube 90 degrees to each other and with 1 inch of each other.
6. Front Hitch: All vehicles must have a front hitch attached to the vehicle that is capable of supporting the
weight of the front of the vehicle. It must be the furthest most point on the vehicle and be centrally located. The
hitch must have a minimum of a 3 inch diameter hole to allow for the 3 point mounted hitches on the movers to
manipulate the competing vehicles. No weights are to be positioned next to the hitch in a way that may restrict
the turning radius of the movers once they have picked up the front of the vehicle.
